Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-02

1. Who we are

This service is operated by 2MANYOPTIONS S.L.U. (NIF B93930667), Registro Mercantil de Madrid, hoja M-895336 (folio electrónico), inscripción 1ª, with registered address at Calle Marbella 1, 1º, 28034 Madrid (Spain), trading as 2manyoptions (2manyoptions.com). Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

2manyoptions provides research and education tooling for backtesting SPX 0DTE options strategies. It is not financial advice; see our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan at $59/mo or $499/yr. Pro begins with a 14-day, card-upfront free trial that automatically converts to paid Pro at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Paid subscriptions automatically renew each period until cancelled. We give advance notice of any price change. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Refunds and cancellation are described in our Refund / Cancellation Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card data.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This right runs from the conclusion of the contract, which occurs at signup / trial start (art. 9(2)(a) Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 104 TRLGDCU), and it exists once per contract (CJEU judgment C-565/22). The 14-day card-upfront trial is the overlapping cooling-off window: cancel before it ends and you withdraw with no charge. You may withdraw using the model withdrawal form (TRLGDCU Anexo B / Annex I(B) of the Directive) or any other unequivocal statement to [email protected]. Renewals do not create a new right of withdrawal.

6. Pre-contractual information at checkout

Immediately before you place a paid order, we show the total post-trial price, the renewal cadence, and that a charge follows the trial; the order button is labelled as an order with an obligation to pay (“suscripción de pago”) per arts. 6(1) and 8(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU and arts. 97–98 TRLGDCU. We send a confirmation on a durable medium, including withdrawal information (art. 8(7)).

7. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the data or outputs, nor attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, data compilations, and content are owned by the operator or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own research.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for trading losses and indirect or consequential damages; see the Disclaimer. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your mandatory rights as an EU consumer.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are notified in advance and the effective date above is updated.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: [email protected].

For research and education only — not financial advice and not an investment recommendation. Backtested and hypothetical results; past performance is not indicative of future results. 0DTE SPX options carry substantial risk, including the total loss of capital.
